Florida Southern College - Fitness and Recreation Center

Florida Southern College is a private college located in Lakeland, Florida.  The college offers 50 undergraduate majors and pre-professional programs, graduate programs in nursing, business, and education as well as post-graduate programs in nursing and education. 
The Nina B. Hollis Wellness Center is Florida Southern's home to fitness, wellness, and recreation. Their premier facility, state-of-the-art equipment, highly qualified staff, and exceptional programs provide excellent opportunities for FSC students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
We are proud to announce Florida Southern College’s newly upgraded cardiovascular selection featuring some of the finest units Precor’s Experience Series has to offer.  Each new treadmill is fully equipped with a 10” interactive touch screen featuring entertainment apps, workouts and challenges, and PREVA Networked Fitness Technology to track and record progress.  Additional equipment includes Precor’s 835 line Ellipticals, Recumbent & Upright Bikes, and Concept 2 Rowers.
