Kerah Nelson is a proud St. Petersburg resident and lifelong athlete. After a standout collegiate basketball career at Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis (IUPUI) that saw her graduate in 2013 as the all-time leading scorer in program history (1,614 points), Kerah went on to play professionally for three years in Finland, Australia and Romania. In the offseason, Kerah returned home to Florida to coach, train and mentor youth athletes thus sparking her passion for spreading fitness.
Kerah earned her Bachelor's Degree from IUPUI in Sport Management in 2013 where she also earned the Mel Garland Distinguished Student-Athlete award, given annually to the top performing senior student-athlete.
After retiring from professional basketball in the summer of 2017, Kerah decided to pursue a career that combined her love for fitness and people - FITREV proved to be the perfect opportunity where she now works as servicing coordinator. Hard-working, dependable and passionate are just three ways to describe Kerah's approach to her career in the fitness industry.
