Doug grew up in Roanoke, Virgina and went on to college at East Tennesse State University. He was a four year starter on the East Tennessee Football team and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in business administration. He moved to Tampa in 1986, and quickly moved up the ladder and became the operating director of a large co-ed health club chain. Doug then became the operating partner of a chain of co-ed facilities in Kentucky and Cincinnati. After that venture into cold weather, he re-located to Atlanta in the same capacity for an all-ladies health club chain.
Wanting to get back to Florida's warm weather, and after years in the health club industry, he started FitRev as one of the first one-stop shops in the fitness equipment industry. Fitrev has since equipped thousands of fitness centers from California to Peru.
Bill DeMarco - Tampa Bay Area Sales
Bill joined FitRev in March of 2004. With years of experience, and applying a strong desire to succeed, along with unparalleled attention to customer satisfaction, Bill was a welcome addition to the FitRev team! Prior to joining FitRev, Bill held various positions in sales and sales management for companies in Florida and Georgia.
A “native” of Florida since 1981, Bill graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 1995. A former wrestler who continues to train at the gym, Bill enjoys running and participates in local 5k events. Bill and his wife Tracie have a young daughter, Danielle, and enjoy many of the outdoor activities that Florida has to offer. They both love to visit Colorado and look forward to Danielle’s first trip to the slopes!
Jennifer Clark - Office Manager
Jennifer Clark, who is known by her peers as "The Best Office Manager....PERIOD!" is indeed just that. She has been with FitRev for a little over 4 years now and always goes the extra mile to make everyone else's job easier. She is a gem. An angel. Heaven-like. Ask anyone who knows her. She loves shopping, interior decorating and spending time with her family. AND she is the proud owner of the BEST LOOKING, sweetest, cleanest boxer in the entire world (ask anyone who knows him)!!! Scott Baldwin - East Tampa Bay Area Sales
Scott joined the FitRev family in 2007. He feelsl like he has found his place, and has enjoyed great success with the company since coming on board. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida where he played hockey. Scott is also a 2-time half-Ironman distance triathlete after completing in the Ironman Cancun and at the 2007 Ironman World Championships in Clearwater. Prior to coming to FitRev, he was employed in the real estate and finance industries.
Mike Couch - West Tampa Bay Area Sales
Mike was born and raised in Clearwater, FL. He attended Countryside High School, where he played center on the football team and was also on the weightlifting team. Mike went on to play football at East Central Community College and competed professionally in power lifting. Currently he is a football official for FHSAA. His free time is spent with his lovely wife, Kim, and his two handsome boys, Brock and Brooks.
Robert Peterkin - Jacksonville Area Service Manager
Robert has been in Jacksonville since 1989, and has been servicing fitness equipment in the state of Florida for 26 years. He has 4 beautiful children, with 2 in college and 2 in high school. He loves jazz music and quiet walks on the beach. He is single and looking for the love of his life!
