Doug Carter - President/Founder of FitRev


Doug grew up in Roanoke, Virgina and went on to college at East Tennesse State University. He was a four year starter on the East Tennessee Football team and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in business administration. He moved to Tampa in 1986, and quickly moved up the ladder and became the operating director of a large co-ed health club chain. Doug then became the operating partner of a chain of co-ed facilities in Kentucky and Cincinnati. After that venture into cold weather, he re-located to Atlanta in the same capacity for an all-ladies health club chain. 

Wanting to get back to Florida's warm weather, and after years in the health club industry, he started FitRev as one of the first one-stop shops in the fitness equipment industry. Fitrev has since equipped thousands of fitness centers from California to Peru.

Ashley Noriega - Sales Assistant to Mr. Carter


Ashley is a single mother of an active 5-year-old boy, and spends much of her free time working out when not chasing him around outside. She's a Tampa native, played volleyball in high school, and has been active in fitness and sports all her life.

She has worked in the fitness industry for 4 years now, and wants to always be involved in helping people through fitness.





Eileen Carter - Office Manager


Known as "the Cuban," Eileen is the beautiful, fit and huge personality that is also referred to as Mrs. Carter. Doug and Eileen got married on November 27, 2010, and promptly rode off into the sunset on Doug's custom FitRev bike, rumbling down the road as the happiest couple in fitness history.

When you call FitRev, more than likely the Cuban will answer. Versed in both English and Spanish, she is ready to answer all your fitness equipment questions, along with giving you all the juicy tidbits about Doug you've always wanted to know.




Matt Kennedy - Central Florida and Tampa Bay Area Service Manager


Matt just joined the FitRev team to service our clients in central Florida.




Bill Demarco - Southwest Area Manager


We will have more info about Bill as soon as he sends it in.  He is pretty busy servicing clients in the Southwest area, which we feel is more important than writing a whimsical bio, but we do want to know more about Mr. Demarco.




Robert Peterkin - Jacksonville Area Manager

Robert has been in Jacksonville since 1989, and has been servicing fitness equipment in the state of Florida for 26 years.  He has 4 beautiful children, with 2 in college and 2 in high school.  Robert is lucky enough to be marrying the love of his life next month!  Congratulations Robert!!!




Tracey Arnold - Central Florida Area Manager

Fitness is a passion for Tracey Arnold, who has successfully combined that passion with a desire to help others succeed in meeting challenges and embracing opportunities.

After working as a Graduate Assistant for the University of Florida and earning degrees in Exercise Science and Sports Administration, Tracey started her professional career in the early 90’s managing fitness/wellness centers in Florida and Georgia. Her experiences led her to a position with CardioTheater. In her role as Senior Sales Manager for CardioTheater, Tracey was instrumental in introducing fitness entertainment to the fitness industry. In 2004, Tracey continued her role driving entertainment sales, working with Precor National Accounts, Account Managers and Dealer Network.

Tracey worked for the Precor Dealer - AFP in June 2010 as a Territory Manager for Central Florida until June of this year when she joined FitRev as a Central Florida Area Sales Manager. Her knowledge of the industry combined with years of experience identifying needs of owners, operators and members contributes to her continued success.

Tracey knows working in the fitness industry gives us the unique opportunity to impact lives in a positive way - EVERYDAY. She says “What better reason to get up and go to work?” She brings that positive attitude, energy and desire to help others into everything she does.

Tracey resides in Orlando, FL with two young sons Wesley and Max. In their free time together, they can usually be found at a sporting events or enjoying the great Florida beaches.
